30/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 29 May, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service denounced the Syrian regime’s decision to establish diplomatic relations with the Georgian breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The decision “violates international law and the principle of territorial integrity as defined by the United Nations Charter and relevant UN Security Council resolutions”.
