Netherlands requested to fully transpose 2010 energy efficiency directive

17/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 17 May, the European Commission sent a reasoned opinion to the Netherlands formally requesting that it correctly implement some of the requirements of Directive 2010/31/EC on the energy performance of buildings: those on the energy performance certificates for the residential sector and on the independent control system for the said certificates.
