The preliminary list of sectors and sub-sectors exposed to carbon leakages over the period 2021-2030 based on criteria set out in the EU’s emissions trading system (ETS), as established by the European Commission, will be presented and discussed with all stakeholders, in Brussels on 16 May 2018, the Commission announced on 8 May.
