At the Europe Day event on Wednesday 9 May, the European Commission launched an extensive online consultation into European citizens’ views about the future of the European Union after Brexit.
The questions asked in this consultation were elaborated during the first citizen's panel on the future of Europe, which brings together almost 100 participants. It took place at the premises of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) on the weekend of 5 and 6 May (see EUROPE 12016).
