EDF budgetisation is an innovation of external action instrument from EU post 2020 budget – details to be revealed on 14 June

On 14 June, the European Commission is to give the figures and details of the very broad 'External Action' financial instrument (heading 6) of its draft multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2021-2027 for which is has thus far only given the architecture, by simplifying it, and the outlines (see EUROPE 12013).
