General Court finds in favour of Commission, which decided not to take further action with 'One of us' initiative

In a judgement delivered on Monday 23 April (T-561/14), the General Court confirmed the decision of the Commission not to submit a legislative proposal in the context of the European citizens’ initiative ‘One of Us’.
