The ramifications of the vote in favour of Brexit is causing tension in the Scottish economy which is now suffering from a labour shortage, stated Mairi Angela Gougeon, MSP (Scottish National Party – SNP) at the Scottish parliament during a conference at the Committee of the Regions on Tuesday evening 10 April.
