Many of the speakers at a conference organised by the Committee of the Regions (CoR) on Tuesday 20 March where a study on the territorial impact of Brexit was presented expressed their concern at the lack of preparation among European regions for the socio-economic consequences of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, with fewer than a third of respondents stating they had taken any action.
