EU strengthens support for Gaza Strip

On Tuesday 20 March, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn announced an additional contribution of €7.1 million for the construction of a desalination plant in Gaza – the biggest infrastructure project ever launched in the strip.
