Johannes Hahn rejects any early examination for releasing performance reserves

During a debate on Thursday 15 March, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn told MEPs that the European Commission did not intend to amend the regulation introducing common provisions (Regulation1303/2013) to speed up performance assessments relating to the use of structural and investment funds (ESI funds).
