European Court of Auditors says impact of 2013 CAP reform on direct aid is limited

In a new report published on Thursday 15 March, the EU Court of Auditors considers that the CAP basic payment scheme (BPS) is working at operational level but that the 2013 reform has had but a limited impact on simplification, targeting and the convergence of aid levels.
