Quality of petrol and diesel fuels - ten countries guilty of failure to transpose EU rules

08/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 8 March, the European Commission decided to send a reasoned opinion to ten member states – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Czech Republic, Romania and United Kingdom – that have still not transposed into national law the directive (2015/652) on the quality of petrol and diesel fuels.  The directive lays down rules to calculate and report greenhouse gas emissions of fuels (see EUROPE 11213).  The deadline for doing so...
