Future Europol Director wants to make agency more responsive to threats to and needs of member states

On Monday 29 January, Catherine de Bolle, the future director of Europol, the EU's police cooperation agency, promised MEPs at the civil liberties committee to work in complete transparency with them, as her predecessor, Rob Wainwright used to do and to make the agency more responsive to the threats identified.
