UK economy would lose out in every case after Brexit, says internal report

On Tuesday 30 January, the European Commission refused to comment on an internal report from the British government, disclosed the day before on Buzzfeed News, whereby the United Kingdom’s economic situation would deteriorate after Brexit whatever the agreement reached on withdrawal from the EU.  The Commission “has not seen these studies” and cannot comment, said the Commission spokesperson, Margaritas Schinas.
