Karl-Heinz Lambertz says attempting to provide definitive and objective definition of subsidiarity is a 'wasted effort'

The concept of subsidiarity, a subject that will be occupying the working group on subsidiarity launched by the European Commission, is difficult, if not impossible, to definitively define, according to the President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR), Karl-Heinz Lambertz, in an interview with EUROPE on Monday 29 January.
