Confidential communications, Bulgarian Presidency of Council addresses end-user rights

The Bulgarian Presidency is continuing its chapter-by-chapter analysis of the draft regulation on confidentiality of electronic communications.  After measures on the processing and storage of data (see EUROPE 11939), it is now suggesting that the working group that will meet on Tuesday 30 January should deal with end-user rights.  In line with its strategy, it is querying the areas of action considered by the previous presidency.
