EU ministers for agriculture are to meet in Brussels on Monday 29 January for a first Council under the chairmanship of their Bulgarian counterpart, Roumen Porojanov. The main points on the agenda are: the future of CAP, the market situation and the problem of milk powder stocks, as well as international trade issues, especially negotiations with Mercosur.
