Some 60 MEPs from the S&D, Greens/EFA, GUE/NGL, ALDE, ECR and EFDD Groups have put down four amendments to the regulation on the technical measures in the common fisheries policy due to be put to the vote in Strasbourg on Tuesday 15 January, seeking to place a complete ban on electro-fishing in the EU.
