EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Norway’s Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide have decided to convene an extraordinary session of the international donor group for Palestine, the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee (AHLC), on 31 January this year.
