Member states approve inter-institutional agreement on parcel deliveries

21/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 20 December the Committee of member state representatives to the EU (Coreper) approved the new rules to improve cross-border parcel delivery services.  The co-legislators reached a provisional agreement on 13 December (see EUROPE 11926).  The text aims to make prices more transparent and provide regulators with more market monitoring powers.  It also requires national regulatory authorities to check whether prices are unreasonably high for...
