EU opens anti-subsidies procedure against electric bicycles from China

21/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – In the EU Official Journal dated Thursday 21 December, the European Commission announced the opening of an anti-subsidies procedure against imports into the EU of electric bicycles from China.  This procedure is in addition to the anti-dumping investigation launched by the Commission on 20 October against these same electric bicycles, following a complaint lodged at the beginning of October by the European Bicycle Manufacturers Association (see EUROPE...
