The former German MEP Fabio De Masi (GUE/NGL) and the former Greek finance minister, Yanis Varoufakis, have tabled a complaint to the Court of Justice of the EU through Prof Andreas Fischer-Lescano against the ECB, to have it ordered to explain its decision of June 2015 to remove Greek banks' access to the emergency liquidity of the monetary institution.
