Member states give get-go for revision of rules on use of non-motorised balloons

14/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 13 December, the Committee of Permanent Representatives to the EU (Coreper) gave the go-ahead for the adoption of two implementing regulations published by the European Commission on 26 and 27 October last to simplify and regulate the use of non-motorised balloons (see EUROPE 11908).
