Mogherini suggests setting up a new peace fund

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini announced on Wednesday 13 December that she will be proposing the establishment of a new European peace fund.

‘"With the Commission we are working on the next multiannual financial framework – our spending plans for the next seven years in the Union. In that context I would propose to create a new European Peace Facility, financed and managed together with our Member States," she explained at an event...
