Trade unions urge member states to translate European Pillar of Social Rights into action

14/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 13 December, the Secretary-General of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), Luca Visentini, sent a letter to the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, and the heads of state and government. In this letter, he calls on them to translate the European Pillar of Social Rights adopted at the Gothenburg Summit, into concrete action (see EUROPE 11906, 11907).
