Clarification about French authorities' memo on European services card

24/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – An error slipped into the translation to English of an articles based on a memorandum from the French authorities on the planned European services card and their fears of re-introducing the country-of-origin principle (see EUROPE 11910). The French version said: ‘la complexité des échanges entre États aboutira à l’introduction du principe du pays d’origine, de fait.’  The term de fait (de facto) is not included in the English version.  EUROPE...
