The European Parliament voted by a wide majority (510 votes to 53, with 112 abstentions) in Strasbourg on Wednesday 15 November to adopt its recommendations, drafted by the chair of its international trade committee, Bernd Lange (S&D, Germany) and Paul Rübig (EPP, Austria) ahead of the 11th WTO ministerial conference in Buenos Aires from 10 to 13 December 2017.
