Commission keeps monitoring on corruption and judicial reform in Bulgaria and Romania in place

After European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker last week assured Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borissov that the new Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM) report would be “very positive”, the European Commission ultimately delivered a somewhat more qualified report on Wednesday 15 November.
