A delegation from the European Parliament's international trade committee is visiting Australia and New Zealand this week, ahead of future talks on free trade deals with both countries. The delegation in being led by committee chair Bernd Lange (S&D, Germany) and will discuss opportunities resulting from future free trade agreements, as well as potentially contentious issues such as trade in farming products and policies on climate change.
