Rectification on NGO position on Council political agreement on Lulucf regulation

18/10/2017 (Agence Europe) – The English version of the article entitled “Council political agreement on Lulucf regulation grants Finland further compensation” (see EUROPE 11864) contained an error. NGOs were critical that the two regulations (on Lulucf and on non-ETS effort sharing) contained too much flexibility.
