Collective agreement name error for posted workers

10/10/2017 (Agence Europe) – An error occurred in the article on posted workers in our newsletter dated 9 October (see EUROPE 11879). It should not have read collective and non-collective agreements but rather, universal collective and non-universal collective agreements. In its article, EUROPE would also like to clarify that the agreements between the rapporteurs and shadow rapporteurs was being “outlined” and had not been sealed.
