EESC says, on glyphosate, EU has duty to put citizens ahead of multinational interests

No dangerous food on our plates and respect for European citizens!  Though unable to adopt a position on how dangerous glyphosate is, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) delivered this message, echoing the voices of all the citizens who have signed the “Stop glyphosate” initiative – some of whom the EESC invited to its meeting on Thursday 21 September.
