Commission continues action against Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic over decisions to relocate asylum seekers

On Wednesday 26 July, the European Commission decided to move to the second stage of infringement procedures against Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic, which have failed to apply the decisions to relocate asylum seekers adopted in September 2015.
