NGOs expect Estonian Presidency to show ambition on climate and sustainable development

Green 10, Europe’s ten largest environmental NGOs, made it plain in a memorandum addressed to the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU published on Tuesday 4 July that they are counting heavily on it to raise the level of ambition of European climate policy and put the universal programme for sustainable development until 2030 at the centre of discussions on the future of the 27-member EU.
