On Thursday 1 June, the Greens at the European Parliament announced that they have decided to go to the European Court of Justice to find out whether the rules on transparency that are in force in the EU were properly respected when the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published just part of the scientific studies that were conducted last year in connection with the renewal of the authorisation for glyphosate in the EU (which lasts until the end of the year at the latest).
