CETA possibly endangered by extension of proceedings of French Constitutional Council

The decision of the French Constitutional Council, of Wednesday 22 March, to extend until June its proceedings regarding the EU/Canada free-trade agreement (CETA) has called into question the sustainability of this agreement, which is to enter into force imminently, but must also be ratified by the national parliaments of the EU member states to be definitively concluded.
