Court of Auditors argues in favour of improving rules for final checks on 'cohesion' and 'rural development' spending

According to a report published by the Court Auditors of the EU on Tuesday 31 January, the guidelines laid down by the Commission for the member states on the final checks on cohesion and rural development spending are adequate, but there are a number of risks that still need to be addressed.
