The foreign affairs ministers of the EU member states are to meet in Brussels again on Monday 16 January, mainly with a view to two long discussions – one on the role the European Union should have if there is a complete ceasefire in Syria, and the other on the relaunch of the Middle East peace process.
This ministerial meeting, the first in 2017, is to take place in the new Council building and will start with a very general exchange of views on the outlook for the first half of 2017....
