EFSA delivers opinion on safety of dry grape extract as flavouring in water

05/12/2016 (Agence Europe)A maximum dosage of 50 mg/litre is being proposed by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to ensure safe use of dry grape extract as a flavouring in water for drinking for all categories and species of animal except dogs.
