€213 million in aid granted

05/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – In a press release a few days after the “Tunisia 2020” investment conference (see EUROPE 11679) and the visit to Brussels of the Tunisian Head of State, Benji Caid Essebsi (see EUROPE 11681), the European Commission announced an aid package to Tunisia on Monday 5 December, worth €213.5 million “for reforms and funding social infrastructure”.
