Brussels, 20/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 19 July, the European Commission welcomed the signing of two new gas interconnection agreements in Eastern Europe. One is between Bulgarian and Romanian gas network operators and the other is between Romanian and Ukrainian gas network operators. This follows a similar agreement concluded between the Bulgarian and Greek gas network operators on 27 June (EUROPE 11582). These two new agreements will be effective from 1 October next.
