14/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - Publication of nine new proposals from EU texts on TTIP negotiations. On Thursday 14 July, the Commission published nine draft texts put on the table by the EU during the 14th round of EU/US free trade negotiations (TTIP) between Monday 11 and Friday 15 July in Brussels. These documents include the EU's negotiating position on regulatory cooperation in five industrial sectors (cosmetics, medical devices, automobiles, chemical products and textiles), a new article on climate protection as part of the EU proposal on the sustainable development chapter, a different chapter proposal on energy and raw materials, an EU offer on access to the financial services markets, the EU proposal for institutional cooperation as part of the TTIP.
