Brussels, 23/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 27 June, the Council of the EU adopted without discussion a directive proposed in May 2012 aiming to increase the legal certainty for transactions involving vouchers by harmonising national VAT rules in this area (see EUROPE 10613).
