Brussels, 31/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - A ban on female workers wearing Muslim headscarves at work may be legal and not amount to direct discrimination on the grounds of religion if it is based on a company rule banning political, philosophical and religious symbols being worn openly in the workplace in order for the employer to pursue the legitimate policy of ensuring religious and ideological neutrality.
