Brussels, 31/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) published its 2016 annual report on Tuesday 31 May, highlighting the health risks of high-potency products; the continued emergence of new substances; and changing patterns of drug use. It also expresses concern over rises in overdose deaths in some countries and the threats posed by internet drug markets.
