The international NGO, ATD Quart Monde, which is active in antipoverty campaigns throughout the world, has appointed a new delegate to the European Union, according to a press release published on Tuesday 15 March. Bert Luyts therefore takes over from Marie-Cécile Renoux in this post. Luyts has been a permanent volunteer since the beginning of the 1990s and has carried out missions in France, Belgium, Germany and Québec. (JK)
