Brussels, 17/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Wednesday 16 March, the budgets committee of the European Parliament hit out at the increasing number of funds outside the EU budget and therefore outside democratic control, to tackle the refugee and migrant crisis. The MEPs also said that on 13 or 14 April, in other words as soon as possible, the EP was to adopt the new emergency humanitarian aid mechanism and the funds initially earmarked.
