On Wednesday 26 March, the EU college of commissioners held a policy debate on possible changes to the Dublin Regulation, which designates the State responsible for processing asylum requests and the Commission is due to unveil its proposals on 6 April. It was initially due to publish a contribution on 16 March, but decided to postpone it given the intensity of the crisis. (SP)
