Doubts as to legality of migrant agreement and serious questions over the EU's moral vision

Brussels, 08/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - The summit between the EU and Turkey - which ended during the early hours of Tuesday 8 March and resulted in a draft agreement between the EU and Ankara aimed at allowing Europeans to send every migrant back to Turkey who arrives in Greece illegally (see EUROPE 11506) - has aroused a mixed response, and indeed a concerned response from some human rights associations.
