Brussels, 03/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - In a decision delivered on Friday 26 February following a complaint from the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and its member organisation for Vietnam, the Vietnam Committee on Human Rights (VCHR), EU Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly accused the European Commission of maladministration in the file on the EU-Vietnam free trade agreement and in its refusal to carry out an impact assessment of this agreement on human rights.
